What “no wagering” actually means
A wagering requirement is a turnover rule attached to a bonus or bonus winnings. A promotion described as 20x, 30x or 40x can require qualifying play before the relevant winnings become withdrawable. A genuine 0x condition removes that rollover multiplier from the qualifying winnings covered by the offer.
0x does not mean “no conditions”
Even when rollover is zero, the promotion can have a maximum cash-out, selected slots, an expiry window, a minimum deposit, a maximum stake per spin, country restrictions or a withdrawal verification step. Those rules are separate from the wagering multiplier and can still materially change the value of the offer.
